HD Cleaner - Free up Disk Space on your Hard Drive App Reviews

I ran this program today and now Word cannot auto recover, as it cannot locate where it should be saving the file. None of my word documents will open now. I get an error message that they cannot be opened as they are all being used by another user.

Easy to use, quick scans and quick cleanups. Very user-friendly. No bells and whistles — it’s a simple and effective cleaner.

Everty time I start this app and try to have it scan my HD 1TB it crash. I click on the scan, chose my user folder to scan and CRASH. I tried restarting, having only this app running and NOTHING works. It crashes. Every. Single. Time. Please refund me. This is not worth 5$ =_=

I’m wary of sung “cleaning” apps because I’ve had bad experiences with some. But THIS app is terrific. Incredubly easy to use. No glitches.

There are many apps that do this. There are apps that also clean external drives. For $5.00 this app should also do that. But it does not clean external drives. So for me, I just wasted $5.00.

I needed to delete 160 GB of backup files that I can’t find. HD cleaner didn’t find them either, and only deleted less than 2GB. Problem not solved!

Nothing special, the drawing of money and nothing more

If you want to scrub your ‘user’ folder this is great. If you want to scrub OSX operating system of unnecessary crap this is a waste of money. I wanted a program to minimize the install footprint of osx to make the most of a small drive, but this program is not that. Its a lovely view of how big your user folder is, almost the same info as if you right clicked on it and said ‘info’. or right clicked and say ‘empty trash’. very intuitive.

This cleaner was very fast and easy to use! It is also less expensive than most cleaners I have seen! I would highly recommend this :)

Was hoping to see an update where the program will fit my 11” Macbook Air display. I cannot see the buttons at the bottom and I cannot resize. Fix asap.
